1. Sattvik Plate Users are required to subscribe to a package, with the minimum subscription being for one month.
If you cancel your subscription to a meal plan before the activation or the prescribed cut-off period, the full amount will be refunded to your bank account.
If you cancel the subscription after activation but before the expiry of the subscription, the refund will be processed after deducting the per-day cost of the utilized days, including taxes and delivery charges.
If we are unable to deliver any meal(s) due to circumstances beyond our control, your subscription plan will be extended to account for the missed meal(s).
If you receive the wrong meal or a defective plate, contact us at +91 7350-606-606. Once your claim is confirmed, we will attempt to replace the meal the same day. If replacement isn’t possible, the subscription will be extended for the missed meal(s).
Disliking the taste of the food or minor differences in appearance, color, or weight of meals compared to the images/specifications on the platform will not be considered a “wrong plate” or a “defective plate.” In such cases, no replacement, refund, or subscription extension will be provided. The final decision on whether a meal is defective or wrongly delivered rests solely with CHATURVINSHTIHI AYURVEDA.
Returns will be processed within 2–3 days, and the refund amount will be credited within 4–5 days.
